Day 1
2:00 pm  - 5:00 pm - Registration
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Leisure ride to the hanging bridge
7:00 pm - 8:00 pm - Dinner
8:00 pm - 10:00 pm - Ice Breaking and Programme Briefing
10:00 pm - 11:30 pm - Free and easy
11:30 pm - Retire for the night

Day 2
5:30 am - 7:30 am - Getting prepared for the day
7:30 am - 8:00 am - Stretching and Warm Up
8:00 am - 12:300 noon - Island Ride (22km ride along public road and off-road, stopping by at some of the local attractions)
12:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Lunch and Closing
2:00 pm - Farewell
